• Manage orders for general and specialized medical supplies, clinical supplies, and medical equipment
• Update various internal systems and support senior buyers

• Maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks and deadlines

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines accurately
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Resilient customer service mindset, remaining calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with ERP or Materials Management Systems
• Proven proficiency with computers and data entry
