As a Worksite Case Advocate for Globe Life Liberty National, you will be responsible for inputting data that has been uploaded from the field into our home office systems. We are looking for a dedicated employee with a keen eye for detail and great organizational skills to ensure data is entered correctly. As this position can be remote, we would like to see a candidate that can work quickly to meet our entry turnaround goals – exceling in self-motivation will also be key.

This position will not be in a phone call rotation, but there may be some daily phone use.

Primary

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Input data from submitted paperwork
  • Ensuring appropriate turnaround time on all data entry
  • Proactively verifying data through source documents
  • Reviewing and entering data information into the appropriate databases
  • Monitoring and updating existing data when required
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
  • Must be self-motivated and able to stay on task even if working from home
  • Maintain accurate reports and spreadsheet
  • Effectively navigate on our website platforms

Required Experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience (2 years preferred)
  • Call center experience one year
  • Insurance experience a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
