We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Luxury Travel Client Care Coordinator to assist clients with organizing and managing well-planned travel experiences. This role focuses on communication, research, and coordination to ensure each client receives clear information and reliable support throughout the planning process. The position operates in a remote-friendly environment while maintaining structured workflows and team collaboration.

In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help develop well-organized travel plans. Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary preparation, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining accurate documentation.

You will also assist with itinerary updates, confirmations, and documentation needs before, during, and after travel when necessary. This role emphasizes service quality, organization, and attention to detail rather than direct sales responsibilities.
