The Client Service Analyst will be responsible for compiling customer information, confirming the info is accurate, identifying trends, and creating an efficient workflow for each potential client and their confidential information.
This position is a contract role lasting until around July.
This role will have an approximately 2 week in‑office training period then contractors will work fully remotely.
Qualifications- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong math and reasoning/people skills.
- Outstanding organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- High computer literacy.
- Knowledge of customer service and technology systems highly preferred.
- Multi‑tasking capabilities and the ability to pay close attention to detail.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while remaining calm and effective.
- Be able to have a reliable way to get to the office and show up on a regular schedule Monday through Friday for training.
- Zero to two years plus administrative/office experience.
