Job Description & How to Apply Below

Dev Tech Systems, Inc. is a recognized leader in sustainable development, leveraging data analytics, blended finance, and strategic advisory services to strengthen public finance and inform decision‑making in complex global environments. We are seeking a Business Development Support Intern to provide day‑to‑day administrative and coordination support to senior advisors and assist with internal documentation and business development materials.

This unpaid internship provides a structured, educational learning experience aligned with the intern’s academic coursework and professional interests. The role offers hands‑on exposure to executive support, document review, and the internal processes that support client engagement and business development in an international consulting environment. Under close supervision, the intern will help senior advisors plan and organize their workdays, copy‑edit internal documents, and assist with the preparation of materials used in client meetings and business development efforts.

The primary purpose of this internship is training and professional development. The intern will gain practical experience in administrative support, professional writing and editing, and organizational workflows within a globally oriented, mission‑driven organization. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and interested in administrative, operations, or international development support roles.

This internship is unpaid and eligible for academic credit. The intern will be based on site at Dev Tech’s Courthouse, VA Home Office, working three days per week with flexible scheduling to accommodate academic obligations. The intern will be overseen by multiple Dev Tech staff members, including the Operations Specialist, an Economist, and the Communications Associate, who will provide day‑to‑day supervision, mentorship, training, and the necessary documentation and evaluations to support academic credit.
