Remote Order Processing Specialist (Work From Home In Malaysia Allowed)
We are an established distributor of mainly food packaging products.
Qualifications & experience
- Experience coordinating with customers, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Experience in using Xero software is a MUST.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Detail oriented.
- Self-discipline.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales order lifecycle accurately and efficiently.
- Using Xero to generate invoices and packing slips.
- Coordinate for deliveries.
- Enter costing into EXCEL via Google Drive.
- Manage inventory virtually.
