• Manage orders related to general and specialized medical supplies, clinical supplies, and medical equipment
• Update various internal systems and provide support to senior buyers
• Collaborate with team members while also performing independent tasks
• Ensure accuracy in managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Maintain a resilient customer service mindset in a fast-paced environment

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Self‑motivated and comfortable managing your own workload with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with computers and data entry; experience with ERP or Materials Management Systems is a plus

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting or similar purchasing role
• Familiarity with ERP or Materials Management Systems
