0021020] for Program Support on an Exempt W2:
No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent, generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington. Supports DOE EM Hanford in a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance.
Paralegal Support [DOE
0021020] candidates should have Environmental Management Sector experience (functional and technical area expertise ideal) to support professional services engagements for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Administrative Support, Communications, Public Affairs and Stakeholder Relations functional area / discipline. Pro Sidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time Pro Sidian employed W-2 position.
Focus
Provide services and support as a Paralegal Support in the Environmental Management Industry Sector, focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients including the U.S. Department of Energy – Environmental Management, Hanford Field Office (DOE-EM / HFO) and DOE EMCBC. Work generally located in CONUS - Richland, WA and across the Pacific Northwest Region.
Deliver seamless administrative support and strengthen stakeholder trust, public engagement, and Hanford mission success daily.
Responsibilities and Duties- Maintain legal files, research statutes, draft documents, and coordinate FOIA requests.
- Provide Administrative Support, Communications, Public Affairs and Stakeholder Relations assistance as part of General Support Services (GSS) for Hanford Field Office (HFO).
- On-site work location: 2440 Stevens Center Place, H520 Richland, WA 99354 (subject to change; remote work possible as approved).
Desired Qualifications for Paralegal Support [DOE
0021020] include:
- 5+ years of paralegal/legal support experience; government law context preferred.
Education / Experience Requirements
- Paralegal certification or BA/BS degree.
- 5+ years paralegal/legal support experience; government law context preferred.
- Experience aligning with Environmental Management Sector functional/technical requirements; focus on Administrative Support, Communications, Public Affairs and Stakeholder Relations.
Skills
- Program and project management support in daily activities; experience with Administrative Support, Communications, Public Affairs and Stakeholder Relations.
- Legal research tools, document management, confidentiality.
Competencies

- Standardize legal hold processes.
- Legal admin & documentation support; duties may vary with staffing levels (±15%).
- Travel: as approved in writing by the Contracting Officer; in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
- Security: facility clearances for Pro Sidian and subcontractors; DOE clearance as required by task.
- Place of Performance:
Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, Richland, WA; on-site predominance with some approved remote support. - Govt.
-furnished resources: office space, computers, software at HFO; on-site performance preferred unless approved otherwise.
