This isn’t a reactive admin role, it’s for someone who anticipates needs, takes initiative, and ensures every aspect of the CEO’s professional life runs seamlessly. You’ll manage calendars, inboxes, and communications while handling personal logistics like travel, wellness, and household coordination with complete discretion and trust.

- Manage the CEO’s calendar, email, travel, and meetings with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Proactively anticipate needs, prepare agendas, materials, and logistics before being asked.
- Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO to ensure alignment.
- Track follow‑ups, priorities, and deliverables to keep projects moving.
- Help prepare slide decks, presentations, or briefing notes when needed.
- Research and secure industry‑specific podcast interviews for the CEO.
- Gather and organize tax documents; liaise with the CPA.
- Track expenses, pay bills, and coordinate with financial advisors.
- Arrange all travel: flights, accommodations, ground transport, and itineraries.
- Ensure travel aligns with both business priorities and personal preferences.
- Prioritize and gatekeep the CEO’s time, ensuring focus on what matters most.
- 6+ years supporting C‑suite executives (CEO, Founder, or President level).
- Proven experience handling professional tasks with confidentiality.
- Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments (media, eCommerce, or tech a plus).
- Strong in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
- Organized, systems‑minded, and detail‑oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech‑savvy, familiar with Slack, Click Up, Dropbox, and Zoom.
- Assertive, proactive, and decisive.
- Highly detail‑oriented and reliable.
- Forward‑thinking and resourceful, you anticipate rather than react.
- Adaptable, self‑directed, and confident in managing competing priorities.

Details- Location:
Remote;
Must be able to travel when needed, including for company events, off‑site leadership meetings, and occasional international trips. - Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 USD (DOE).

CEO, with onboarding support from Operations. - Hours:
Full‑time, flexible, U.S. business hours that overlap with Pacific Time.
