- At least three years of progressively responsible office and administrative experience
- Associate's degree in business, office management, or related field (or equivalent training and experience)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to respond empathetically to diverse groups
- Self‑motivated to learn, adapt, and be forward‑thinking
- High school graduation and three years progressively responsible office/administrative experience (or equivalent training and experience)
Full‑time, non‑exempt staff position with competitive salary and benefits, including retirement options, annual leave, 12 paid holidays per year, tuition waivers for employees and family members, and affordable medical, dental, and vision care coverage. New hires will be placed on the UA Staff Salary Schedule, Grade 77, based on education and experience.
Application ProcessApplications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until a successful candidate is identified. This position is term‑funded and reviewed annually for contract renewal at the University’s discretion.
Work Arrangement and LocationThis position is located on the Troth Yeddah campus in Fairbanks. Flexible on‑site/hybrid work arrangements may be considered in accordance with UA regulations. The University reserves the right to require employees to work on‑site at UA facilities; hybrid and remote work may be approved for employees based in Alaska at the University's discretion.
