Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO,  Edmonds, WA-Hybrid

The Hotel Group, an affiliate of Hotel Equities, is seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support—serving as a trusted partner to the CEO and senior leadership team while helping advance strategic initiatives, culture-building efforts, and investor engagement.

The ideal candidate brings exceptional communication skills, hospitality instincts, and organizational precision, along with a proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. The role supports the CEO directly while also assisting the CFO and Vice President of Operations on select priorities.

This individual will serve as a connector across our organization, helping ensure alignment between internal teams, ownership groups, and our enterprise affiliate partner. Experience in hospitality, hotel management, or commercial real estate is highly valued.

This position offers flexibility with a hybrid work environment, combining in-office collaboration with remote work. Must be based in/around Edmonds, WA

Key Responsibilities Executive Support
  • Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, ensuring optimal prioritization of meetings, travel, and strategic commitments.
  • Provide thoughtful email management, drafting communications and help prioritize incoming correspondence.
  • Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-ups for meetings with investors, owners, partners, and leadership teams.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for executive engagements.
Strategic & Leadership Coordination
  • Assist in advancing key initiatives between the CEO, CFO, VP of Operations, and other leadership team members.
  • Help track and coordinate enterprise initiatives with our affiliated hospitality brand partner.
  • Support leadership meetings, board interactions, and internal strategy sessions with preparation and follow-up.
Investor & Ownership Engagement
  • Assist with communications and materials for hotel ownership partners and investors.
  • Coordinate investor updates, meeting logistics, and presentation materials.
  • Help maintain high-touch relationships reflective of our hospitality-driven culture.
Culture & Organizational Initiatives
  • Support company culture initiatives, leadership events, and internal engagement programs.
  • Assist with communications and planning for leadership conferences, retreats, and company gatherings.
  • Serve as an ambassador of our servant leadership culture, helping reinforce our values throughout the organization.
Operational Excellence
  • Maintain high standards of organization, documentation, and communication across executive activities.
  • Help manage special projects across departments assigned by the CEO.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and efficiency.
Technology & Innovation
  • Utilize modern productivity tools and platforms to streamline executive workflows.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and initiative in exploring AI and emerging technologies that can improve efficiency, organization, and communication within the company.
Experience
  • 5+ years supporting senior executives or leadership teams
  • Experience in hospitality, hotel management, or commercial real estate strongly preferred
  • Prior experience interacting with investors, ownership groups, or board-level stakeholders is a plus
