The Special Projects Coordinator position works behind the scenes to ensure smooth operations across administrative projects, patron services, and donor stewardship. This position will assist in preparations for the company’s 50th anniversary season by taking on administrative tasks and projects of specified scope.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual who values organization, accuracy, and meaningful work in support of the arts. The ideal candidate enjoys balancing independent project work with patron- and donor-facing responsibilities.
Job Duties- Conduct research to support organizational initiatives, grant needs, and special projects
- Scan, organize, and digitally archive historical and organizational documents
- Prepare and manage printed materials for events and board meetings
- Support box office operations, including ticket sales and patron assistance for performances and events
- Generate and process donor acknowledgment letters and stewardship communications using the organization’s CRM
- Provide administrative support for special projects as assigned
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Ability to learn and utilize CRM and ticketing software
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Appreciation for and interest in supporting the arts
- Ability to handle confidential donor and patron information with discretion
Position Type:
Part-Time (Approximately 20 hours per week)
Limited term position: 2026 and 2027
This position is hybrid, requiring some in person and some remote work.
