Commercial Operations Officer (Part time 60%)The Commercial Support Officer (Part time 60%) provides administrative & organizational support to the commercial team of the Consumer Health Benelux organization. You will enable the commercial team to execute their responsibilities in an effective and efficient manner and deliver functional objectives. The Commercial Support Officer will independently contribute to or execute responsibilities within the Consumer Health Benelux organization. This role is permanent part‑time, 3 days per week.
Yourtasks and responsibilities
- Administrative support of the commercial team via internal/external meeting organization, internal and/or external communication, small IT/Office supplies ordering.
- Leads management of the procurement process, including PO requests, supplier registration and invoice handling. This includes tracking actual spend vs. planned spend (some Excel knowledge required). Liaise with our Global Shared Service Centre (internal based accounts payable teams globally – English required).
- Contract management: filing contracts in the internal systems.
- Keep data up-to-date and accurate in GS1 (global system used by our key retailers for our product information – training provided).
- Key user of department Bayer related tools like Docu Sign, CLMS, SharePoint, Teams, Information Classification, E‑dam (Training provided where system is internal).
- Supports sampling activities and conventions (e.g. Bepanthen Tattoo & Baby) including stock distribution and website updates.
- Support the Commercial Leadership Team in team‑building, team events and be the antenna of the team spirit.
- Back‑up for the Sales Support Officer (NL and BE).

- Preferred – completed MBO‑level education in an administrative discipline.
- Experience in a fast‑paced and demanding working environment is preferred, although industry experience is not relevant.
- You possess a strong aptitude for administrative work and genuinely enjoy managing administrative responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
- Accurate and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships with both in‑ and external stakeholders.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks.
- You are proactive in taking initiative to improve processes and solve problems.
- Familiar with office software (MS Office – Excel is your friend) and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to various systems.
- A gross monthly salary between €2,926 and €3,658 based on a 40‑hour workweek, depending on your education and work experience.
- An additional 8% holiday allowance, year‑end premium (one gross monthly salary in December), and a bonus (based on company results).
- 34 days of leave.
- You have the option to work from home, but we expect you at least 2 days per week at the office.
