Events Coordinator : Cocktail Bar

The Role

A fantastic cocktail bar group is looking for an energetic and ambitious Events Coordinator to join their growing team. This is an exciting office‑based role focused on event sales and administration, working from their Central London office. You’ll play a key part in driving event revenue while ensuring seamless coordination from enquiry to execution.

Salary: GBP 32,000 + GBP 5,000 bonus

Location:

Central London, hybrid working.

This is an independent role with no direct reports, ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership while working collaboratively across teams.

• Managing event enquiries and driving sales
• Coordinating bookings and handling all related administration
• Collaborating closely with operations and other departments
• Reporting directly to the Head of Sales and Head of Events and Reservations
• Attending events when required

• Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
• Some flexibility required to attend events
• 2 days per week working from home (at line manager’s discretion)
• Occasionally full office‑based weeks depending on event schedule

• Strong events and/or sales background within hospitality businesses
• Commercially minded and target‑driven
• Highly organised with great attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a proactive attitude
