Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities- Manage and maintain company's administrative systems, including email, calendar, and filing systems
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for company executives
- Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory
- Oversee and manage the company's budget and expenses
- Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Act as the main point of contact for all office-related inquiries and requests
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in office management or administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with budget management and expense tracking
- Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is a plus
