Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain company's administrative systems, including email, calendar, and filing systems
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for company executives
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory
  • Oversee and manage the company's budget and expenses
  • Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Act as the main point of contact for all office-related inquiries and requests
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in office management or administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with budget management and expense tracking
  • Knowledge of HR processes and procedures is a plus
