We are seeking an organized and client-focused Client Services Coordinator to assist with scheduling, reservation coordination, and client support. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and ensuring details are handled accurately from start to finish.
In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather important information, assist with scheduling requests, coordinate reservations, and provide timely updates throughout the process. You will also review details carefully, track confirmations, and maintain organized records using internal systems and digital tools. The goal is to ensure each client receives clear communication, reliable support, and a smooth overall experience.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment while following established processes and training.
Responsibilities:- Assist with client scheduling, reservations, and confirmations
- Communicate with clients to collect information and provide updates
- Review booking details for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain organized records and track follow-ups
- Provide professional, friendly client support throughout the process
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer service, administrative, or coordination experience is helpful but not required
