Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Virtual Personal Assistant to join our team at Living Faith TV. As a Virtual Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our executive team and help manage their daily tasks and schedules. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements - Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks and ensure timely completion - Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders - Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations - Conduct research and gather information as needed - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism - Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of executives - Assist with personal tasks, such as booking personal appointments and managing household needs - Other administrative and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field - 2+ years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Experience working remotely and managing a virtual workload - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information - Familiarity with the media industry is a plus Benefits:
