Luxury Travel Experience Services Coordinator

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Luxury Travel Experience Services Coordinator to assist clients with organizing and managing thoughtfully planned travel experiences. This role focuses on communication, research, and coordination to ensure each client receives accurate information and consistent support throughout the planning process. The position offers flexibility within a remote-friendly environment while maintaining structured workflows and team collaboration.

In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help create well‑organized travel plans. Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary development, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining organized documentation.

You will also provide updates and support when itinerary changes, confirmations, or documentation needs arise before, during, or after travel. This position emphasizes reliability, organization, and strong client service rather than sales responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients to gather travel requirements

Research destinations, accommodations, and transportation options

Assist with itinerary development and booking coordination
