What you do

* Be responsible for the day-to-day assistance of multiple Allianz Technology of America Leaders as well as provide general departmental assistance as needed

* Assist with calendar management and travel arrangements for leadership (transportation, hotels, meals, etc.)

* Coordinate and prepare for meetings with visitors (building access, conference room booking, room setup, meal orders, reservations, greeting visitors in the lobby, etc.)

* Liaise with other administrative assistants globally as needed to organize and prepare for leadership visits, onsites/offsites, conferences, and other events

* Coordinate team events and meetings

* Plan, control, and monitor the agendas and the attendees of key meetings

* Support the onboarding of new hires in coordination with Leaders as well as HR and IT

* Maintain office supplies

* Knowledge of AI tools like Microsoft Co Pilot

What you bring

* University degree preferred or equivalent experience

* Minimum of two years of administrative experience, preferably in technology or insurance

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

* Team player mentality

* Strong organizational skills; ability to manage various processes and controls

* Ability to handle and assess competing or changing priorities

* High assertiveness and the ability to work under pressure while staying organized

* Communication, facilitation, sales, and conflict management abilities

* Willingness to occasionally work outside of standard operating hours

Location:

* Hybrid, 3 - 4 days/week on-site in Golden Valley, MN

The annualized base pay range for this role is $55,000-$68,000. The annual base salary range represents a nationwide market range. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role, and the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component of the ATA total compensation package.

As part of our comprehensive compensation and highly rated benefits programs, ATA also offers eligibility for an incentive-based annual bonus.
