Executive Personal Assistant (PA)Job Overview

Remote Recruitment is excited to announce an opening for an Executive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide high-level administrative support for our executives. This role requires an individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing exceptional organisational skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of our senior management team. As an integral part of our operations, you will ensure that executives can focus on strategic initiatives while you manage their daily affairs.

Key

Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars by scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and professionalism.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring an accurate reflection of the executive's tone and intentions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of executives.
  • Coordinate high-level meetings, manage agendas, and facilitate follow-up action items.
  • Organise travel logistics, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Assist in managing projects and tasks for the executive team, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintain sensitive files and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and secure handling of information.
  • Provide support for personal tasks and errands as required by the executives.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting high-level executives.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a proven ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other relevant software applications.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, enabling the individual to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently in a remote work environment.
  • Must have access to a reliable laptop and a strong internet connection.
