- Serve as a primary point of contact for participant inquiries related to 401(k) benefits
- Process and enter daily employer remittances with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare journal entries and assist with financial documentation
- Support loan reconciliations and participant outreach efforts
- Generate invoices for contributing employers as needed
- Compile calculations, schedules, and reports for the Plan’s Recordkeeper
- Maintain document imaging and electronic records
- Enter participant hours and census data accurately
- Assist with additional administrative and operational duties as assigned
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong data entry and ten-key accuracy
- Solid basic math skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- High level of accuracy when reviewing and comparing data
- Ability to learn new systems and adapt to evolving processes
- Experience working with 401(k) plans or retirement administration preferred
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days remote
