About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Itinerary Planning Specialist – Remote to support clients with trip planning, itinerary coordination, and reservation assistance. This role focuses on providing organized, professional support throughout the planning process while ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities- Assist with planning and organizing customized itineraries based on client preferences
- Support the coordination of reservations, schedules, and travel‑related details
- Communicate with clients to gather information and provide timely updates
- Maintain accurate records, confirmations, and itinerary documentation
- Collaborate with internal systems and tools to manage planning workflows
- Provide general support to ensure a seamless and well‑organized experience for clients
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new platforms
- Previous experience in customer support, scheduling, or coordination is a plus, but not required
