About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Itinerary Planning Specialist – Remote to support clients with trip planning, itinerary coordination, and reservation assistance. This role focuses on providing organized, professional support throughout the planning process while ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.

This is a remote opportunity ideal for individuals who are highly organized, client-focused, and interested in itinerary planning within a structured, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with planning and organizing customized itineraries based on client preferences
  • Support the coordination of reservations, schedules, and travel‑related details
  • Communicate with clients to gather information and provide timely updates
  • Maintain accurate records, confirmations, and itinerary documentation
  • Collaborate with internal systems and tools to manage planning workflows
  • Provide general support to ensure a seamless and well‑organized experience for clients
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently
  • Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new platforms
  • Previous experience in customer support, scheduling, or coordination is a plus, but not required
