Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department, with a primary focus on payroll-related tasks.
This position is based out of our office in Fort Wright, KY, with flexibility for partial remote work.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities:Education/Certifications
Required:
Associate’s degree or equivalent HR experience
Essential Knowledge and Skills Requirements- Minimum of 1 year of prior payroll processing experience required.
- Ability to work well as a team member, ability to engage others
- Detail oriented, high degree of accuracy
- Must be proactive, anticipate needs, and work independently
- Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to type 25-30 wpm
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
