We are looking for a Health Technology Assessment (HTA) Project Coordinator to join our growing team!

About

The Role

As an HTA Project Coordinator you will provide general administrative support that includes routine document preparation, file management, and scheduling/arranging of meetings. Work may involve preparation of monthly contractual reports, weekly client meeting minutes, recruitment of subject matter experts (SMEs) for various projects, coordination with SMEs between clients and ICA personnel, and other administrative duties.

Responsibilities
  • Client and project coordination—Provides general administrative support that includes routine document preparation, file management, scheduling/arranging meetings. May also perform various activities supporting functional processes, programs and/or services. Also provides the administration of various programs, projects and assignments aligned with functional processes and services.
  • SharePoint organization—Organize and maintain ICA SharePoint drive in a logical fashion for ease of access.
  • Client updates—Organize relevant project information into monthly reports delivered to clients.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) recruitment and communication—Recruit appropriate SMEs for ICA projects (e.g., recruit and facilitate SME engagement with ICA projects; coordinate with ICA contracts manager for tracking SME contributed work hours).
  • Document formatting—Manage and ensure appropriate document formatting according to ICA protocols.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 to 3 years experience of project coordinator experience
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Ability to manage work streams across multiple ongoing projects
  • High level of initiative and attention to detail

This is a remote position. Candidates residing in the DMV area preferred.
