Job Overview
As the Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide dependable, high quality administrative support to multiple senior Supply Chain leaders will be a consummate professional, working collaboratively to ensure the success of the Supply Chain and KDP leadership teams. You will work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, exercise superb judgment in proactively prioritizing work, and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion while performing a full range of administrative duties.
You will also create and maintain specialized reports, pre-work and meeting preparation, presentations, records, and files required for the Supply Chain Leadership team. This position is based in our HQ in Frisco, TX and will have a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office and 2 days work from home on a weekly basis).
- Manage the agendas of senior Supply Chain leaders.
- Provide full administrative support including, but not limited to, schedule management, travel arrangements, expense/invoice management and event/meeting planning.
- Develop & organize presentations, newsletters, templates, graphics, and chart inputs at the highest professional standards. Proofread and edit presentations as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in dealing with all business matters.
- Manage team related inquiries and serve as key point of contact.
- Effectively manage work of a confidential nature with discretion.
- Proactively and effectively manage and prioritize senior Supply Chain leaders’ time.
- Help ensure requests are responded to in a timely manner, using superb judgment to assist and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Build and maintain high level of collaboration/partnership with other administrative staff across the organization for mutual success.
- Ensure timely expense reporting in compliance with organizational policies.
- Process departmental invoices and ensure all incoming invoices are on time and accurate (use of SAP system).
- Carry out any other task that may support KDP’s supply chain functions.
- Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures.
- Salary range $23.75/hr – $39.00/hr.
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors.

- 3+ years administrative experience supporting executive-level leadership.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent time-management and priority-setting skills.
- Must possess excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent judgment, problem solving skills and decision‑making ability.
- Ability to work independently and to be resourceful with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
- SAP, Web Ex, and Concur Travel & Expense experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities, while keeping organized, efficient, positive and focused.
- Desire to proactively partner with administrative peers for efficiency and effectiveness in supporting senior‑level individuals.
