Role OverviewThis is a 1 year FTC (maternity cover) to provide efficient and effective administrative support to select Executive Management members and Senior Leaders. Including but not limited to, diary management, inbox management, prioritisation, escalation, communication and document management.
To ensure adherence to administrative and compliance policy and procedures.
To liaise and communicate successfully with all areas of BM in organising Management’s Commitments.
To ensure own conduct and personal development meets the required standard for the role.
Role Responsibilities- Participate and actively engage in the performance management process to attain and maintain competence within your role.
- Comply with applicable rules and regulations as stated by the regulator and set out in our internal policies.
- Responsible for identifying, escalating and mitigating risks.
- Comprehensive administrative support to stakeholders at the highest level of quality, accuracy and timeliness.
- To pro‑actively and tactically manage diaries and inboxes to optimise the time of Management.
- Collation of documents from other senior leaders to ensure committee papers and actions are delivered on a timely basis.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements and plan itineraries.
- To ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to, identify enhancements and/or changes as they occur and escalating these to the required level.
- To communicate professionally and efficiently with external clients and internal stakeholders.
To provide administrative support in relation to projects falling within the remit of Management.
- To adopt the effective and positive risk management culture at the firm.
- To ensure compliance procedures are met.
- To have an understanding of the regulatory environment and its relevance to your management’s area of responsibility.
- Perform role always ensuring adherence to the expected behaviours stated in the FCA Conduct Rules.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.

- Advanced technical ability on Microsoft Office.
