An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a proactive, discreet and forward-thinking Executive Assistant to support a Senior Partner within a fast-paced, team-focused professional services environment.
This is a trusted, senior-level support role that combines high-level executive assistance with day-to-day operational oversight of a busy London office. The successful candidate will operate as a true right hand, ensuring seamless support to the Managing Partner while contributing to the smooth running of the wider office. This is a great office environment and as such we would welcome candidates who are happy being in a busy and friendly office environment.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage the Managing Partner's complex and ever-changing diary, coordinating internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
- Prepare, review and coordinate high-quality meeting materials, briefing packs and agendas.
- Act as a gatekeeper, prioritising incoming requests and managing competing demands with sound judgement.
- Handle confidential correspondence, documentation and sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- Event Management
- Annual offsites, Board Meetings - Coordinate detailed travel arrangements, itineraries and related logistics.
- Support preparation for partner meetings, board meetings and key client engagements.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for senior internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Contribute to the effective day-to-day operation of the London office, liaising with facilities and support teams as required.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership within a professional services or corporate environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and remain calm under pressure.
- High levels of professionalism, discretion and emotional intelligence.
- The confidence to operate independently within a fast-moving professional environment.
Salary will be dependent upon experience
