Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant based in the London area, United Kingdom, with flexibility to work from home for part of the time. The Person al Assistant will handle day-to-day support tasks for executives, including diary management, clerical duties, and coordinating schedules. Responsibilities also include providing executive administrative support and ensuring smooth communication across teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance experience
  • Strong skills in Diary Management and Clerical tasks
  • Excellent Communication skills for liaising with internal and external parties
  • Organizational and time-management skills to efficiently prioritize tasks

    Proficiency in office tools and technology
  • Attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
  • Previous experience in the financial or fintech sectors is a plus
