- Coordinate and track scheduling tasks efficiently, managing multiple files simultaneously.
- Leverage knowledge of medical specialties to appropriately assign cases (preferred).
- Handle radiology and imaging files using systems like DICOM or (preferred).
- Experience in customer service and administrative support.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with medical records and peer review processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of medical specialties (preferred).
- Experience with radiology and imaging file management (preferred).
