- Provide clerical support tasks for residential group homes in a fast-paced environment
- Manage and maintain multiple calendars, trackers, and spreadsheets
- Assist with the interviewing, selection, and hiring process of new staff
- Use a computer to enter and track information efficiently
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments as needed
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Minimum of two years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding and document generation
- An associate or higher-level degree in any field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Attention to detail for following directions and documenting information
- Experience using computer software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email for communication and scheduling
- Experience working with a variety of individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Strong skills in time management, organization, and task prioritization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proper grammar and punctuation
- Familiarity with scheduling and managing appointments and resources
