Position: Residential Group Home Office Specialist (Office Specialist 2 – Southern Region: Eugene/Lebanon)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide clerical support tasks for residential group homes in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage and maintain multiple calendars, trackers, and spreadsheets
  • Assist with the interviewing, selection, and hiring process of new staff
  • Use a computer to enter and track information efficiently
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Minimum of two years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding and document generation
  • An associate or higher-level degree in any field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Attention to detail for following directions and documenting information
  • Experience using computer software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email for communication and scheduling
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience working with a variety of individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong skills in time management, organization, and task prioritization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proper grammar and punctuation
  • Familiarity with scheduling and managing appointments and resources
