Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Office Administrative Assistant based in Boston, MA, with some remote work flexibility. The Office Administrative Assistant will support the smooth daily operations of the office, assist with executive administrative tasks, and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities include managing phone communication, scheduling, clerical support, and providing general administrative assistance as needed to facilitate company operations and events.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support office management and leadership tasks
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to ensure professional interactions with clients and team members
  • Well-versed in Clerical Skills, including filing, record-keeping, and managing office supplies
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or relevant field preferred
