Location: Turbigo

As the Coordinator Member Success, EMEA, you will provide essential operational, administrative, and analytical support to the Member Success team. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient account management for member hotels, smooth execution of internal processes, and strong coordination across stakeholders.
The coordinator supports the Member Success EMEA team through reporting, organization of hotel visits, documentation management, and contributions to various annual projects. This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within the luxury hospitality sector.
This is a full-time position, located in Milan, Italy. We offer flexible workplace policies that allow for working remotely 3 days a week and require being in our Milan office 2 days a week (Wednesdays and Thursdays).
Responsibilities
Operational & Administrative Support

Provide organizational support to the Member Success team to ensure efficient account management of hotels.
Coordinate and help plan Member Success team visits to hotels.
Provide administrative support for the Member Success team, including scheduling, follow-up, and preparation of materials.
Manage internal documentation and maintain structured records.

Reporting & Data Management

Create, update, and analyze internal reports as needed.
Manage database organization and ensure data accuracy.
Run monthly internal reports in Salesforce and support ad hoc data needs.

Coordination of Events & Member Activities

Plan, execute, and participate in various LHW and hotel member events.
Assist with the organization of internal and external meetings, presentations, and member engagements.

Project Support

Work on special tasks and contribute to a variety of annual projects assigned by the Director, Member Success EMEA.
Support the Member Success team with research, preparation of materials, and coordination across departments.

Requirements

Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
2–3 years of hospitality-related experience preferred.
Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or Spanish is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are a plus.
High-energy and results-oriented, able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering high‑quality work.
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Strong business acumen with basic analytical skills.
Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic team.
