Job Description

Are you an organised, skilled multitasker with a passion for keeping vulnerable children safe, supported, and thriving in care? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

We are seeking a committed Senior Business Administrator / Personal Assistant to join our team at one of our Disabled Children’s Home in Eastbourne. This role is pivotal in coordinating diaries and providing essential administrative support to ensure the safe and efficient running of our home. As a Senior Business Administrator / Personal Assistant, you will help maintain safe staffing levels, improve compliance, and free up senior staff enabling them to focus on leadership, safeguarding, and the quality of care.

Your work will support our care teams, ensuring scheduling is on time to suit everyone and accurate record-keeping to meet regulatory standards and maintain emergency response time frames.

Aptitude & Qualifications
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership teams is desirable.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
