Billing Specialist
We're looking for a detail-oriented Billing Specialist for one of our best manufacturing clients. They need a Billing Specialist to support invoice preparation and billing activities across multiple business areas. In this role, you'll help ensure customer invoices are accurate, timely, and aligned with internal standards, while working closely with internal teams to resolve questions and improve processes.

This is a hybrid position, with a mix of in-office and remote work (4 days in, Friday from home).
What You'll Do as a Billing Specialist

• Prepare and process customer invoices using an internal billing system
• Review shipment and pricing information to ensure invoices are accurate and complete
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing questions or discrepancies
• Maintain organized billing records and assist with month-end activities
• Respond to internal and customer inquiries related to billing
• Support process improvements and special projects within the accounting team

Work Setup

Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this role is $60,000-$65,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
