This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Administrative Support - REMOTE. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative assistance to ensure efficient operations within the DLA JETS Defense Agencies Initiative Program Management Office. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the workflow of projects, helping to prepare executive communications, and coordinating meetings.

By operating with a strategic approach, you will assure all tasks are handled smoothly while maintaining quality standards. This position is fully remote and offers flexibility in managing responsibilities while supporting important programmatic initiatives.

Accountabilities
  • Provide Executive Communications and Governance Support.
  • Compile, draft, edit, and format reports and briefings.
  • Draft executive communications.
  • Assist in setting up and facilitating executive meetings.
  • Develop meeting agendas, capture minutes, and track action items.
  • Ensure materials meet quality standards for leadership approval.
  • Support Presentation and Visual Communications Development.
  • Integrate text, graphics, and visual elements into presentations.
  • Develop visually compelling PowerPoint briefings.
  • Translate complex data into clear visual dashboards.
  • Create infographics, charts, and executive summaries.
  • Maintain documentation libraries using SharePoint.
  • Ensure documents are version controlled and accessible.
  • Assemble and format technical manuals and reports.
  • Provide quality assurance for documentation clarity.
  • Compile data to create consolidated reports.
  • Coordinate logistics for collaborative events and seminars.
  • Support organizational change management strategies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in executive-level administrative support.
  • Expert proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience coordinating high-visibility seminars and meetings.
  • Proficient in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong visual capabilities.
  • Knowledge of organizational change management standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
