eTeamSponsor is looking for a Part-Time, Temporary Operations Manager to jump in immediately and help keep the engine running as we support athletic programs across the country. This role is hands‑on, fast‑moving, and impact‑driven. You’ll work cross‑functionally to support critical operational functions and ensure key internal workflows are completed accurately and on time.

This position is temporary and part‑time, starting immediately and expected to run around June 15th or July 1st (estimated end date) reporting directly to the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Support day‑to‑day operational execution to ensure internal workflows run efficiently and consistently
  • Manage key administrative and finance‑related tasks such as deposits, record updates, request processing, and documentation tracking
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable follow‑up, including outreach and internal coordination as needed
  • Monitor and respond to payment issues and disputes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution
  • Support company purchasing and basic office coordination, including mailbox monitoring and supply ordering
  • Coordinate employee travel logistics (flights/hotels) as needed for business travel and events
  • Support People Ops needs including onboarding coordination, systems setup support, and benefits‑related administration
  • Keep work organized, documented, and communicated clearly so priorities stay on track
  • Collaborate daily with fellow eTeam’ers across multiple divisions of the company:
    Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Operations and Product Development
Requirements (residents only):
  • 3‑5 years of experience in operations, business administration, project coordination, finance operations, or HR support
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow‑through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently from a home office
  • Experience working in CRM and operational systems (preferred);
    Hub Spot experience is a plus

Compensation/Benefits:

This is a part‑time, temporary position starting immediately and expected to run through approximately June 15th or July 1st (estimated).
