Role Description
This is a full time remote role for a Virtual Assistant with Pangea Emr LLC.
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and compassionate Virtual Assistant to support multiple clinics with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with patients via phone and messaging, handling billing-related conversations, and assisting with appointment coordination.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Qualifications
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Great computer skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle scheduling, record management, and multitasking.
Proficient communication skills to manage client interactions effectively and respond to inquiries professionally.

Experience with data entry, administrative support, and project coordination for efficient operational workflows.
Knowledge or experience with healthcare-related tools and systems such as EHR, Medical Billing, Insurance Verification, or similar platforms is a plus.
Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or project management software.
Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in similar administrative roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
