We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support & Scheduling Coordinator to help ensure a smooth and organized experience for clients from their initial inquiry through final scheduling and follow-up. This fully remote role focuses on providing responsive customer support while coordinating schedules, managing service requests, and maintaining accurate records within internal systems.
In this role, you will communicate directly with clients to answer questions, gather important details, coordinate availability, and provide updates throughout the process. You will also help ensure that scheduling timelines are organized, confirmations are accurate, and all client information is properly documented.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently while maintaining clear and professional communication. Key Responsibilities- Provide friendly and professional support to clients through messages and email
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and service requests
- Gather necessary details from clients to ensure accurate scheduling and documentation
- Monitor requests and follow up to confirm details are complete and up to date
- Maintain organized records within internal platforms and systems
- Communicate updates clearly to ensure clients remain informed throughout the process
