I’m Kathleen, VFC’s Senior Manager of People Operations, and I’ll be guiding the recruitment for this role. Role Responsibilities- Coordinate and support day-to-day HR processes; including HRIS management and benefits administration,
- Support onboarding and offboarding logistics in collaboration with People Operations,
- Support CEO in coordination of special projects, external communications, and administrative support,
- Support the recruitment process, including candidate scheduling, ATS administration, and some interviews,
- Coordinate vendors, subscriptions, and operational tools,
- Support with Board administration, including scheduling and administrative logistics,
- Support the maintenance of internal process guides,
- Support employee experience initiatives,
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and support implementation of new systems,
- Support the day-to-day in-person Toronto office administration,
- Provide general administrative and operational support to leadership as needed.
- 2-4 years of experience in operations, administration, office coordination, or a related field,
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment,
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills,
- Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative,
- Strong time management and self-direction in a remote setting,
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills,
- Experience coordinating logistics and vendors,
- Bilingualism in French/English is an asset,
- Proficiency with Google Workspace/Gmail, Hub Spot, Slack, Zoom, and the Windows operating system are assets,
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
We offer competitive salaries and robust benefits, including:
- Salary range: $55,
- Stipend for phone usage
- Comprehensive health benefits plan after 3 months of service and RRSP matching after 6 months of service
- Three weeks of paid vacation
- Summer hours from May to Labour Day
- Additional summer office closures, holiday closures (Dec 25–Jan
1) - Potential to work out of the country/province for up to 1 month annually

Hybrid (1 day in office per week, on average). Home office must be within commuting distance of Toronto.
