Our Fraser Valley client is seeking a permanent Executive Assistant to join the team.
** Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 + Benefits*

* Remote position, ideal for someone in the Fraser Valley as there may be the occasional in-person meeting
Responsibilities:
Supporting the owner, the chosen candidate will not only assist with calendar management, preparation of travel arrangements, and taking meeting notes, but will also have to work with clients across the country and be able to take on ad-hoc projects as needed.
The Successful Candidate will have:
* 4-5+ years' experience working as an Executive Assistant with high attention to detail
* Previous experience within the financial services sector will be highly regarded
* Experience with MS Office suite; including Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
