The opportunity

At Technology Advice, our people are the center of everything we do. We are looking for someone to own and elevate our day-to-day workplace experience in our Nashville office.

This role is responsible for keeping our office running smoothly while creating thoughtful moments of engagement and connection for our team. You will oversee daily office operations, maintain a welcoming and organized environment, and coordinate culture and event initiatives.

What You'll Do Nashville Office Operations
  • Managing office vendors and coordinating directly with property management
  • Overseeing mail, shipping, and internal office logistics
  • Coordinating daily onsite hospitality and vendor partnerships
  • Supporting a welcoming and polished experience for team members and new hires
Culture, Engagement, & Company Events
  • Owning our engagement calendar across virtual and in-person programming
  • Leading community giveback and volunteer initiatives
  • Supporting the planning and execution of major company gatherings, including retreats and Kick-Off
  • Managing event logistics, vendor partnerships, travel coordination, and materials distribution
Who You Are
  • 3+ years of experience in office operations, administration, workplace experience, or event coordination
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communicator who can confidently interact with senior leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with sound judgment and the ability to operate independently
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Technically capable in Google Workspace and quick to learn new tools
  • Growth-minded and open to feedback
  • Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
