Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Pune, with some flexibility for work from home. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing daily front desk operations, assisting visitors and clients, handling phone calls, performing administrative and clerical tasks, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires a proactive and organized professional who can present a welcoming atmosphere while performing essential reception duties.
Qualifications
Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills, including managing incoming and outgoing calls and greeting visitors professionally
Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as handling correspondence, maintaining appointment schedules, and managing office supplies
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a positive experience
Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in relevant computer and office software
A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or related fields is a plus
