Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Coordinator, located in Gurugram. The Office Coordinator will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the office. Duties include managing office supplies, maintaining office equipment, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Skills in Administrative Assistance, Office Equipment management, and Phone Etiquette
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience in an administrative or coordinating role is preferred
