Job Description

As an independent contractor, this role is responsible for the brand imaging of Harvest Church & Bishop Foreman in experiences & across all digital platforms including social media & websites.

This role requires creativity to suggest then implement ideas that will enhance the digital presence of Bishop Foreman & Harvest Church across all platforms.

• Complete the Basic Initial Audio Training
• Everything in this description & other duties as assigned.

• Complete the Administrative Office Checklist.
• Complete Daily Duties.
• Complete Weekly Duties.

• Answer phone extension & field calls properly
• Complete all inbox folder tasks received prior to 4 PM local time & turn in.
• Complete the Time‑Off Protocol for approved time off as necessary
• Finalize preparation for any worship experiences or events
• Respond to all emails (including checking junk/spam emails) using template emails as necessary per the Brand Guide & voicemails received prior to 4 PM local time & email verification of completion to upline
• Update all passwords & codes as necessary ensuring door, church owned laptop & church owned device codes match and update the Vendor Password list with non‑classified (non‑role specific) passwords

• Audit all the Harvest folders to ensure no edit submissions were missed
• Check emails prior to 12 PM & 5 PM local time & respond to urgent emails, urgently
• Communicate with other Harvest Church personnel on the status of graphics/videos being completed & other items as necessary
• Complete Graphics Projects List items by group & urgency level & update the GPL as necessary
• Complete website updates as necessary & ensure is fully optimized with all necessary keywords, page titles, meta‑data, etc.
• Post to Harvest Church social media optimal times to grow organic social reach per the times for posting recommendations.
• Update the Harvest at a Glance & BF Electronic Press Kit numbers each quarter (April 15, July 15, October 15, January 15)
• Update the Harvest Church Mobile App as necessary

Pay: $1,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
