As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA) at Edward Jones, you will be the first voice clients hear and the trusted resource they rely on, providing vital administrative support to financial advisors and ensuring a positive client experience.
We Provide the Support You Need- Comprehensive 6‑month training including a peer mentor
- A wide support network from your branch office to the home office
- Independent work backed by a team of thousands
- Deliver exceptional personalized service, ensuring clients feel understood and informed
- Support annual business planning, helping advisors develop strategies for the upcoming year
- Listen for situations in clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services
- Drive marketing activities, such as planning and executing events
- Provide client service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions
- Manage account opening, transfers, and other requests, preparing documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Handle administrative tasks—scheduling, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives
- Streamline processes by updating SOPs and executing the branch business plan
- Maintain strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail

- Digital tool utilization and team collaboration
- Client‑service mindset and ability to build strong relationships

Hiring Minimum: $26.10
Hiring Maximum: $28.26
