Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Remote Data Entry Administrator to join our growing remote operations team. This role is essential to maintaining accurate, structured, and reliable data systems that support business operations across the MENA region, including the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.

As a Remote Data Entry Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that operational data is accurately entered, reviewed, maintained, and aligned with documentation standards. Your work will directly support reporting accuracy, process efficiency, and internal decision-making.

No extensive prior professional experience is required. Structured onboarding and training will be provided. Success in this role depends on attention to detail, consistency in repetitive tasks, accountability, and the ability to follow structured procedures independently.

Key Responsibilities Data Entry & System Maintenance

You will play a central role in maintaining clean and accurate administrative databases.

  • Entering and updating data in internal databases and spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel)
  • Reviewing entries for completeness, formatting consistency, and accuracy
  • Standardizing records (names, contact details, region identifiers, internal notes)
  • Identifying duplicate records, missing fields, or inconsistencies
  • Maintaining organized folder structures and file naming conventions
  • Logging changes and corrections made to datasets
  • Ensuring all records align with established documentation standards
Data Verification & Quality Assurance
  • Cross-checking data against source documents before submission
  • Flagging unclear or incomplete information for clarification
  • Monitoring recurring data issues or formatting inconsistencies
  • Supporting adherence to internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Conducting routine reviews to ensure records remain accurate and up to date
Workflow & Task Coordination
  • Reviewing incoming data-related requests and categorizing them appropriately
  • Prioritizing assignments based on deadlines and operational needs
  • Tracking progress from task assignment through completion
  • Following up on outstanding or delayed items
  • Maintaining clear status documentation
  • Communicating proactively when additional information is required
Tracking Systems & Reporting Support
  • Updating operational trackers for completed, pending, and in-progress tasks
  • Maintaining daily activity logs
  • Preparing brief summaries of updates and outstanding items
  • Identifying patterns that may indicate workflow inefficiencies
  • Supporting internal reporting with reliable, well-maintained datasets
Documentation & File Organization
  • Maintaining standardized folder structures
  • Ensuring consistent file naming conventions
  • Keeping documents accessible and easy to locate
  • Supporting updates to process documentation when required
  • Following written procedures precisely
