This is a part-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant based in Dubai, with the flexibility of partial work-from-home arrangements. The role involves performing administrative tasks, managing phone communications, supporting executives, and handling clerical duties. A successful candidate will ensure the seamless operation of daily activities and contribute to creating an organized and efficient work environment.
Qualifications- Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette abilities
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as organizing schedules, managing files, and coordinating meetings
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with office tools and technology, such as Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a hybrid work environment
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role is a plus
- Relevant educational background or certification in administration is beneficial
