We are seeking a meticulous and dependable Data Entry Administrator to support our remote operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, updating, and maintaining accurate records across company databases and systems. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and software systems
- Review records for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information
- Perform routine data audits and quality control checks
- Organize and maintain structured digital filing systems
- Generate reports and assist with data retrieval requests
- Coordinate with internal departments to verify and update information
- Monitor data workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and client information
- Meet established productivity and accuracy standards
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or related field
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated workspace
- Previous remote work experience
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or database management systems
- Basic knowledge of reporting or data analysis tools
