Role Summary

As a Branch Office Administrator, you will be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You will play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

We Provide Support

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional personalized service to clients via calls, email and in‑person interactions
  • Assist in the annual business‑planning process to develop strategies for the upcoming year
  • Identify client situations that may indicate a need for additional services
  • Lead marketing activities such as planning and executing events
Key Requirements
  • Client‑service skills: inbound and outbound calls, email, in‑person interactions, relationship building with clients, referral sources and internal support team members
  • Account management: opening accounts, handling transfers, processing transactions, preparing documentation and maintaining accurate client records
  • Administrative & operational support: scheduling, preparing meeting materials, managing correspondence, supporting marketing initiatives and updating SOPs to streamline processes
  • Technology skills: computer literacy with willingness to learn new programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office and other firm‑provided software
  • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, adaptability, conversational skills, digital tool utilization and team collaboration
Compensation
  • Hiring Minimum: $23.85
  • Hiring Maximum: $25.82
